COOPER PUCKETT is our black belt of the month for November 2023!

Cooper began his Taekwondo journey at World Martial arts during Summer Camp 2019, where he earned Best of the Best camper in the Beginner class. He earned his black belt in December of 2021 and he is a Level 1 member of our Leadership Team. His sister, Kendall, is also a black belt on the Leadership Team and the two are a dynamic duo that can lead the After School Beginner class without any assistance. In addition to Taekwondo, Cooper plays on the York County Little League (YCLL) All-Star Team.

Here are his responses to our interview questions!

What is your favorite TKD Kick or form?

My favorite kick is jumping front snap kick and my favorite form is Shipjin.

How has Taekwondo changed your life?

It has made me a more respectful and caring person. It not only mentally changed me. It also put me in shape.

Do you have hobbies?

I do Taekwondo and play baseball.

What are your aspirations for the future?

When I get older, I want to be a Major League baseball player. I also want to get a Master’s degree. But, at the very least, I want to help people that are in need.
